Pricing and Insurance

Please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain any referrals necessary and to check with your insurance company to determine if your therapist is an in-network provider. 

Most Blue Cross Blue Shield policies are accepted, as well as, United Healthcare, and Cigna.

A therapy session is 50 minutes with exceptions for extended time as required and allowed by your therapist.

The rate for a therapy session without insurance is $150.00 effective January 1, 2025.
